§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the Government have completed their consideration of the application of Section 13 of the Child Benefit Act to persons resident in Great Britain with children outside Great Britain; whether he proposes to make regulations under that section: and whether he will make a statement on the Government's policy on the payment of child benefit and the provision of child tax allowances in respect of such children.
