§ Mr. Loveridgeasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will introduce legislation to provide for the removal of a name from the public register of petitions and register of receiving orders in bankruptcy where the order of adjudication has been annulled, the receiving order rescinded and the petition dismissed.
