§ Mr. PrenticeExtensive improvements were made in the International Monetary Fund's global Compensatory Financing Scheme (CFF) at last January's ministerial meeting. Together with other measures decided upon at that meeting, this should adequately meet the currently foreseen financing needs of the developing countries, without the provision of additional schemes of export earnings stabilisation.
