§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) what is the cost of the first of the two proposed new oxide fuel reprocessing plants at Windscale; and what proportion of this will represent a charge against the cost of reprocessing fuel for United Kingdom use;
(2) what is the cost of rebuilding the present oxide fuel reprocessing facility at Windscale; and how this is to be financed.
