§ Mr. DeakinsMy right hon. Friend announced the policy guidelines for tourism on 21st November 1974, and they have not been changed. These guidelines take account of the environmental and financial constraints of the foreseeable future as well as the great importance of tourism for our balance of payments and for our regional economies.
