§ 23. Mr. Ronald Bellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the building noises on the north side of the Norman Shaw North Building, which were supposed to end last July, and then last autumn, and were recently said by him to be ending in mid-March, are now expected to end.
§ Mr. ArmstrongNo further noisy work resulting from the use of air compressors and heavy pneumatic drills is planned; the contractor is expected to be off the site by the end of April 1976.
