§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list in the Official Report those members of his Department, of Under-Secretary and above, who have recognised qualifications in market research, marketing, advertising or public relations.
§ Mr. Rowlands, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 18th March 1976; Vol. 907, c. 638], gave the following information
I have had the records of officers of Under-Secretary level and above checked. They show that none has a recognised qualification in market research, marketing, advertising or public relations.
