§ Mr. Edward ShortParagraph 145 of the White Paper "Our Changing, Democracy: Devolution to Scotland and Wales" refers to a study of the relationship between Scots private law and wider United Kingdom interests including consumer protection. This study will not be completed until the Government have reviewed all the comments made on this and other aspects of the White Paper.
