§ Mr. PrenticeThe proposal in the Tindemans Report for the pooling of aid has not yet been discussed or accepted by the nine Community member States. We are, however, in touch with Directorate General VIII of the Commission on the placing and administration of students from the developing countries who will be coming to Britain to take up training awards financied under the fourth Euroepan Development Fund.
