§ Dr. SummerskillA new building is needed to replace the existing courthouses at Staple Hill and Chipping Sodbury and to provide accommodation for the justices' clerk and his staff. In the present financial situation, we are unable to say when it may be possible to authorise the necessary expenditure but we should be prepared to consider modest proposals for improvement or replacement of the clerk's office.
