§ Mr. Spearingasked the Prime Minister if, pursuant to the oral reply of the Lord President of the Council on 18th March, he will make arrangements for supplies of the Draft Convention on Direct Elections to the European Assembly, which is to be considered at the next Heads of Government meeting, to be available no later than the Thursday prior to the relevant debate in the House of Commons on Monday 29th March.
