§ Mr. Roy JenkinsUnder the International Convention for the Suppression of the Circulation of, and Traffic in, Obscene Publications, which was signed in 1923 and published after ratification as Command Paper No. 2575, the parties agree that the publication, import and export of obscene articles shall be a punishable offence.
