§ Mr. RowlandsMy right hon. Friend has had no reports of harassment. We are aware, however, that some drivers have experienced difficulty because of ignorance of local law and customs requirements. Our consuls do what they can to help, but trouble is best avoided by proper briefing and thorough planning before drivers set out from this country.
