§ Mr. StrangThis was not the case when my wages inspector last visited the premises in September 1975. At that time some workers were employed solely in the mail order part of the business or in the shop, and others were employed partly in horticulture and partly on mail order or shop work. Only a few were full-time on work clearly within the scope of the Agricultural Wages Board Orders.
