§ Mr. ConcannonIt was announced in the House last year that the Northern Ireland Housing Executive had been authorised to sell rural cottages in all areas of the Province. As a result, cottages are being sold both to sitting tenants who wish to purchase and, where the cottages are vacant, on the open market by public auction.—[Vol. 892, c. 640–1.]
