§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe operation and lessons learned have been fully studied by all concerned and copies of a report, as made to the Inter-Governmental 623W Maritime Consultative Organisation, have been placed in the Vote Office and Printed Paper Office and also in the Library of each House, together with an up-to-date account of the United Kingdom arrangements for preventing and combating oil pollution at sea.
