§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now initiate moves in conjunction with the French Government to fill the vacancy in the office of President of the Condominium Joint Court of the New Hebrides.
§ Mr. RowlandsNo. Satisfactory arrangements were concluded by Exchange of Notes dated 24th November and 5th December 1939 for the British and French judges to share the presidency of the Joint Court.
