§ Mr. KaufmanThe shares of Greenwell Drydocks Ltd. have been owned by Brigham and Cowan Ltd. since October 1972, when the name of a non-trading subsidiary of Brigham and Cowan, Amos and Smith Ltd., was changed to Green-well Drydocks Ltd. Court Line decided to do this to facilitate the grouping of all its ship repair activities under the410W control of North-East Coast Ship-repairers Ltd., the parent company of Brigham and Cowan, thus separating the Group's ship repairing from its ship building interests.
