Mr. Alan WilliamsBy virtue of Section 4(6) of the Coal Industrial Nationalisation Act 1946 the Secretary of State furnishes the staff of the Domestic Coal Consumers' Council. Mr. Morton is a senior executive officer who was selected as suitable for this appointment after consultation with the Chairman of the Council.
