§ Mr. Joel BarnettNo. Programme analysis reviews are internal to Governments and it has been the policy of successive Governments not to disclose or identify them. Where information and analysis bearing on policy decisions is published, for example in Green or White Papers, this can include material from PAR sudies as well as from other relevant internal reviews.
