§ Dr. OwenTo date, no appointments have been made in the grade of hospital practitioner. Last August, area health authorities were asked to review existing posts of general practitioners working in hospitals and to submit to regional health authorities proposals for regrading these posts to hospital practitioner posts. To date, 252 such proposals have been submitted by area health authorities to regions.
