§ Mr. MeacherThe Department of Health and Social Security already publishes a full range of leaflets on the benefits and services for which my right hon. Friend is responsible, including booklet FBI called "Family Benefits and Pensions". This is a concise guide to both Government and local authority benefits, produced for people who can help others to claim their rights. The booklet "Your Rights", distributed by Age Concern, offers a personal approach as well as many useful examples and other helpful hints, which we shall consider including in future editions of FBI.
