HC Deb 09 March 1976 vol 907 c131W
Q17. Mr. Townsend

asked the Prime Minister if he has any new proposals concerning the situation in Southern Africa to place before other EEC Prime Ministers in Europe at their next meeting.

The Prime Minister

The situation in Southern Africa has been discussed within the Community and member States on several occasions, most recently at the Council (Foreign Affairs) on 1st and 2nd March. It is too early to say whether Southern Africa will feature on the agenda of the European Council.
