§ Mr. Wyn Robertsasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many persons aged under 17 years were sentenced for indictable offences in the latest year for which figures are available and committed 194W ernment Departments and certain other bodies, the maximum use was made of organisations which could extend the consultations to their constituent members. These included the Confederation of British Industry, the Trades Union Congress, the Scottish TUC, the Association of British Chambers of Commerce, the Retail Consortium, the Freight Transport Association and local authority Associations.
