asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the cost to public funds of advertising for the Health Education Council.

§ Dr. Owen
The Council's expenditure during 1975–76 on advertising campaigns and on the production of posters and leaflets is estimated at £921,000 and £116,000 respectively. Virtually all the Council's income derives from public funds.
