asked the Secretary of State for Trade what is the total deficit between the United Kingdom's exports to and imports from the EEC for the years 1973, 1974 and 1975.

The United Kingdom's visible trade deficit, on a balance of payments basis, with the rest of the EEC was £1,167 million in 1973, £2,026 million in 1974 and £2,354 million in 1975.
