§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) if he has any plans to revise the loan scheme to industry for investment in energy conservation, in view of the response to date;
(2) if he will revise the loan scheme to industry for investment in energy conservation so that the terms offer more attractive incentives than at present;
(3) if he will revise the terms of the loan scheme to industry for investment in energy conservation, making it eligible for commercial buildings and local authorities.
§ Mr. BennThe possibility of revising the loan scheme is under consideration, but I would not wish to anticipate the Government's reply to the Select Committee on Science and Technology, whose50W and whether he intends to reduce the number of such forms and to simplify their contents.
