§ Mr. Hugh JenkinsI am informed by the British Library that the estimated cost of its plans over the six years is £978,000, including costs such as equipment, accommodation and staff, but allowing for consequential savings on existing costs and increased revenue; though implementation will be governed by the resources made available by Parliament.
