§ Mr. Hugh JenkinsI welcome industrial and commercial sponsorship for the arts from as many sources as possible and I see no ground for dissuading any industry from increasing the total resources available. I am examining with the Confederation of British Industry and other interested bodies how an acceptable basis for some Government support for developing such sponsorship can be worked out taking account, among other things, of the initiatives by tobacco firms.
