§ Mr. Matherasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects to make an assessment of the effects of the split departure routes from Heathrow over the Mole Valley.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisAs I have stated previously, we intend to allow the Mole Valley split departure routes to operate for a year before attempting any assessment of the effects. Accordingly no assessment can be made until after June. There will be full consultation, on the basis of this assessment, before any decision is taken on retention or otherwise of the split routes.
