§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonNo. The occupier of any licensed premises which is not an inn has a common law right to decide whom he will admit or serve, and to eject any person at his discretion. A general prohibition from entering licensed premises would be impossible to enforce except where the offender was already known to the licensee, in which case he could be refused admittance under existing powers.
