Mr. Andrew Bowden

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many children aged between 6 and 15 years of age received dental treatment in Manchester, Birmingham, Watford, Reading, Bangor (Wales) and Holyhead each year between 1955 and 1975; and in each area how many teeth were filled, how many teeth were extracted and how many jacket or bonded crowns, porcelain or plastic, were fitted.
