HC Deb 04 March 1976 vol 906 c727W
Mr. Cryer

asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he has any further plans for the disposal of Concorde planes to museums beyond the one allocated to the museum at Yeovilton.

Mr. Kaufman

Concorde pre-production Aircraft 01, which has ceased to have any useful part to play in the Concorde development programme, is the only other Concorde presently available for disposal. The Government's intention to gift Aircraft 01 to the Duxford Aviation Society was announced in the Treasury Minute (Command Paper 6410) presented to the House on 13th February 1976, and Treasury assent to the gift has now been given.
