§ Mr. MeacherI regret that the information is not available in relation to 733W social security benefits as a whole. It is, however, known that a total of 91,520 retirement and widows' pensions were in payment to appointees in November 1975 and that this represented 1¼ per cent. of all such pensions. We have no information concerning the amounts involved.
