§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Trade why he refused the request of the Kirklees Metropolitan Council for a meeting with himself and the Secretary of State for Industry to discuss the dumping of low-cost textiles and clothing and the Wool Textile Reorganisation Scheme, 652W both as it has operated in the past and as any successor scheme might operate in the future.
