§ Dr. GilbertYes. The M62 is signed to Hull and the M18 is signed as well as it can be until the last link is completed. The signing on these approaches will be more effective when the road network is complete. Hull has only a partial ring road which takes northbound traffic from the docks and this is signed in a satisfactory manner. If the hon.
