§ Mr. Denis HowellI have received no specific representations on this subject recently, but I have had many discussions with people in the football world about the financial problems involved in improving football grounds. I gave the House details last June of the Football604W Grounds Improvement Trust which has been formed to help football clubs to overcome such problems.
