§ Mr. Gerry FowlerThe Council, established in 1973, issued its policy statement in June 1974, explaining its proposed awards and administrative system. Further guidance to colleges has followed, and the Council's committees are now giving detailed consideration to schemes for the establishment of courses. Some of these should be available this autumn.
