§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Energy what consultations he had with the Police Federation, the Association of Chief Police Officers, the Police Council and the Police Advisory Board about his Atomic Energy Authority (Special Constables) Bill.
§ Mr. BennI ensured that the Atomic Energy Authority had consultations about this Bill with the Atomic Energy Authority Constabulary Association, whose members are directly affected by its provisions. Other consultations with police interests were undertaken by my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for the Home Department and Scotland.
