Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what public works in the Londonderry, Lima-vady and Coleraine Council areas will be curtailed, postponed and cancelled by 450W the cuts in public expenditure announced by his right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what savings will result in each council area; and what percentage of the original estimates for public works these figures represent in each council area;
(2) why the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 has not yet been brought into operation; and when he intends to take action.
