§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the Employment Service Agency provides financial assistance to certain registered disabled people employed under special conditions in ordinary employment who, through lack of, or inability to use, public transport, incur heavy travel-to-work costs. The scheme is already publicised in leaflets about the disablement resettlement service, and advice in individual cases is available from disablement resettlement officers.
