§ Mr. StrangThe present increase from £25!35 plus VAT to £53 plus VAT is154W being made—after 22 months' standstill—so as to provide for the full recovery of the cost of the service. This accords with the rules for Government fees and charges which were explained by my right hon. Friend the then Paymaster-General in his reply to my hon.
