58WAs the then Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Huyton (Sir H. Wilson) announced on 18th December last year—[Vol. 902, c. 687–90]—there will be an additional Bank holiday in England, Wales and Northern Ireland on 7th June 1977, the day of the Jubilee Thanksgiving Service in St. Paul's Cathedral. Consultations about the date for a Jubilee holiday in Scotland are continuing.
