§ 15. Mr. Hicksasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he is satisfied that the Government's regional development policies give sufficent emphasis to the need to establish and encourage local industries already located in development areas as opposed to persuading new industries to move to the assisted areas from other parts of the United Kingdom.
