HC Deb 25 June 1976 vol 913 cc433-4W
Mr. Ernest G. Perry

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will expedite the appointment of an inspector and the calling of the inquiry to consider the application by the London borough of Wandsworth in connection with the use by Messrs. T. A. Kings Ltd, of 21 Kimber Road, SW18, particularly in view of the tragic death of Mrs. D. M. Harris of 23 Kimber Road, SW18.

Mr. Guy Barnett

Arrangements have been made for an inquiry into the appeal against an enforcement notice relating to 9–19 Kimber Road. I understand that the council has recently served a further notice relating to No. 21. If an appeal is made against this notice it will, if possible, be dealt with at the same inquiry on 29th September.

Mr. Ernest G. Perry

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will appoint an inspector to consider the town planning aspect of 21 Kimber Road, SW18, in the London borough of Wandsworth.
