§ Dr. OwenAuthorities received guidance on the content of the Act, together with advice on the initial action that should be taken, in April 1975. The need for further guidance on different aspects of the implementation of this Act in the health services is being considered. That concerning safety representatives and committees must, of course, await the issue of definitive regulations by the Health and Safety Commission.
