§ Mr. Urwinasked the Prime Minister if he will reaffirm support for the work of the Council of Europe, and of Western European Union; and if he will seek to address one or both assemblies at an early date.
§ The Prime MinisterI am glad to reaffirm Her Majesty's Government's support for both these organisations. Britain has always played a leading part in them and will continue to do so. I have no plans at present to address either of their assemblies.
