- (a) Five to six months.
- (b) About two months.
- (c) Decisions taken under the Immigration Act 1971 may be challenged by way of application to the High Court for certiorari or other prerogative remedy. Only a small number of such cases reach the Court of Appeal; the most recent was heard about one month after leave to appeal to the Court was granted.
