asked the Prime Minister whether he will make a statement on the agenda for his next meeting with EEC Heads of Government.

The Prime Minister

The European Council does not have a formal agenda, but I expect that at our meeting on 12th and 13th July we shall discuss a wide range of Community and international topics, including direct elections to the European Assembly and the world economic situation.
