will make a statement regarding what additional aid will be made available to eliminate deprivation in the stress areas of England, commensurate with the recent 509W announcement of the £120 million that will be made available to the Glasgow area, for similar purposes.
§ Mr. ArmstrongThe distribution of rate support grant and the priorities of capital expenditure programmes such as housing, and of special programmes such as the urban programme and the Manpower Services Commission's job creation programme, already reflect the differing needs of cities in England.
